Wooten’s Everglades offer tours to the swamps and glades through the marshes that allow the opportunity to see the exotic plants and wildlife in its natural habitat. The Wooten’s airboat is the only tour in the area that visits both the Everglades and the Cypress Swamp.
The Everglades Tours, around since 1953, is something for everyone. The airboat tour travels through the mangroves and marshlands, which takes approximately 45 minutes, and is for 6-18 people at a time.
The Swamp Buggy Rides, show the exotic foilage and different plant life and run for approximately 45 minutes carrying 25 people max.
One of the most memorable parts of the Everglades experience, is the animal sanctuary which is seen across the westland. Bobcats, snakes, turtles, deers, North American crocodiles, alligators and panthers are all exotic animals seen through the tour.
All tours are completely narrated.
Completing the tour, there is a gift shop where you can purchase a range of products to add to your memorobillia and a snack bar, where you can grab a bite to eat.
