Situated on Lone Cabbage. the Coast Guard Certified Deluxe Airboat ride will glide you through the grassy marsh of the St Johns River and Lake Poinsett at speeds of up to 45mph. As the boat slows down in the scenic Eveglades, an opportunity to take photos of the local wildlife, such as alligators, eagles, and several species of wading birds. Additionally, visit a natural cypress swamp. This tour lasts 30 minutes but one hour trips are also available.
There is an extended private eco-tour on a smaller airboat that goes a lot further and a lot faster for those passengers that want a thrill out of their trip.
Lone Cabbage has a fish camp located on the banks of the beautiful St Johns River at the Orange and Brevard County Lines. You can try famous foods such as Gator Tail, Frog Legs, Turtle or Catfish as well as 42 other items on the menu. Every 1st and 3rd Sunday, there is a World Famous Fish Fry with live music.
