The Black Hammock is situated on the east side of Orlando and just North of Oviedo, at the end of a winding road through citrus groves.
The airboat ride on Lake Jesop speeds as fast as 45 miles per hour across the water viewing Florida’s wildlife. Feel the excitment of seeing birds, turtles and the Florida alligator in its own natural habitat. Black Hammock caters for all group sizes.
There is a Gator exhibit, where you get to see the different gators available and on Sunday’s you get to see the gators being fed.
The complex has a bar available called ‘The Lazy Gator Bar’,where you can have a drink whilst enjoying the Lake Jesop scenery. There is also a live band playing every weekend, whatever the weather.

There is a gift shop where you can buy t-shirts and other gator memorabillia to remind you of the good times you had on your trip.
You can bring your boat and visit the Marina on Lake Jesup, where you can go fishing, watch the sunset, or just relax on the water. Renting boats is also available if you don’t have one.
