Get onto the Everglades airboat charter with Captain Greg Brown. The trip is located on the beautiful River of Grass and the boat caters for up to 9 passengers. For a once in a lifetime experience, you will get to see alligators, everglade birds, deers and other exotic wildlife. This trip will also take you to the Everglades Islands once inhabited by early Native American Indians.

The Everglades Airboat Charter also offers special packages.
The night tour will allow you to go alligator hunting, where you will get up close and personal with gators – see how many you can film.

Lunch tour is the same trip as the normal tour but stops at the Old Glades Island where a picnic lunch is set under the old Ficus tree. For this trip, food is provided, however, you can bring your own.

The charter also provides a fishing package. The Saltwater Fishing trip on the beautiful Florida Keys Backcountry Flats or Florida Bay is part of the Everglades National Park, where Bonefish, Tarpon, Snook and Redfish are all seen. These trips can take up to half a day (4 or 5 hours), however, special arrangements are available.

Captain Greg Brown, is a knowledgable tour guide, who has lived around the wetland areas for over a centuary.

Everglades Alligator Farm

The farm is located at the edge of the Everglades. It is one of Homestead’s busiest attractions which draws tourists and film crews from all over the world.

The farm offers an airboat ride through the canal areas before reaching the scenic Everglades where all the wildlife are found. Your guide will point out different types of fish, birds and turtles that live in and around the canals surrounding the farm.

There is also the opportunity to go to different animal shows from gator and snake shows to alligator feeding, there is something for everyone.

A gift shop is seen on the farm site, where you can buy your memorabillia so you can remember your trip.

Totch’s Airboat Everglades

The Everglades on Totch’s Island gives you a choice of back country or open water.

The airboat ride takes you through the Winding Mangrove Creek (Walking Trees) and Bays deep into the Everglades, where you will see a wide raange of wildlife animals. The boat captains have all lived in the Everglades and know the glades and history.

Totch’s airboat takes up to 6 passengers with a variety of rides, ranging from 30 mintues, to an hour and half an hour.

There is also the opportunity to take a fast airboat trip into the Everglades, making you feel as if your flying into Everglades City.
